The Edmonton Accordion Society is a registered not-for-profit society whose purpose is to:

• promote the accordion and accordion music in all forms through instruction, performance, and competition;
• produce a yearly accordion festival for the participation of all ethnic groups;
• foster a link between the many cultures that feature the accordion as a folk instrument
