Enderby Accordion Get-Together
The Enderby Accordion Festival would like to invite members of the Edmonton Accordion Society to join us in our July Festival. Bring your accordions and join us for 4 days of accordion music.
Members of the EAS are attending the Enderby Accordion get-together. Many of our members have been attending this event for several years. It is a great opportunity for people to get together, jam, and meet accordion players from other provinces. The level of play is easy to middle of the road. The organizer is Nila Hirsch, and she will send music to potential attendees so you can add the music to your binders, iPads, etc., so you can easily play with the group.

UNDER THE TENT
- Musicians play all together as a group under a big tent.
- We have an automatic drummer, so everyone can hear the beat, and it keeps us together.
- You can come and go in the tent as you wish.
- We sit in a circle, and everyone takes a turn to pick a song which we all play together.
- You can just chord, or just play the right hand, or play harmony. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
- The goal is just to have a chance to play and have fun.
- There are all levels of players, and ear players join us also.
- It is a great opportunity to work on sight-reading skills and learn how to play in a group.
- The music can be emailed to you in five batches. Contact Nyla at jnyl@telus.net for the music.
